When I input my data, can anybody have access to it?
No. Only you have access to your data. When you acknowledge or claim an amount only you and your debtors or creditors will know, debtors or creditors with whom you have had an arrangement previous to entering excancel.
What happens if a supplier does not accept the cancelation?
The only reason a supplier would not accept the cancelation is because he has paid more than what he has collected, which is impossible. If you have any problem we would certify the cancelation of such debt through any of the means recognized by Law.
When does the system work out the calculations?
The calculations are worked out from Saturday 00:00 to Sunday 24:00. As from that moment the system would start to inform all users the cancelled amounts of each member.
What are the fees?
The present fee is the 0,9% of the paid amount. If we collect 1000 and we pay 1000, the service cost is 9. This fee would only be increased by the tax applicable in each country.
How can I pay?
Payment is made through PayPal or by a bank transfer.
The cancellation fee is 0,9% of the cancelled debt. For example if you collect 1000 and pay 1000, you only have to pay 0,9% of 1000, that is, 9. Taxes of each country are not included in the fee.
